Job Summary
Plans, conducts and carries out a variety of legal affairs duties to support COMPANY’s business plan and objectives includes providing legal advice to the corporate affairs including commercial and planning. Participating in discussions on important government or commercial matters, advising the Contracts Department on contract claims and handling cases filed against the Company.
Required Skills
- Law degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years experience of which 5 years must be in an Oil & Gas organisation Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role
- Fully qualified legal professional authorised to practise law in recognized jurisdiction Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- PC literate with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
