Strategic plans for all organizational units and Dubai Customs as a whole. Research and provide support in applying new trends and appropriate methodologies for preparing and revising, verifying compliance of organizational units plans with that of Strategy and Excellence department and collecting feedbacks, to prepare a strategy that provides employee and customer satisfaction and ensures goals and operations in compliance with Dubai Custom’s vision, mission and value and with international standards.
4 – 5 years of relevant business experience in area of employment with exposure to training new members in the teams, project related assignments, acting supervisor / manager assignements.
Graduate in the relevant business area with relevant certifications or professional qualifications as indicated.
Dubai Customs is one of the earliest government departments known as “Al Furdha”, a classic Arabic term for “berth”, i.e. the designated location in a port or harbor used for mooring ships when they are not at sea. Firmly established, Dubai Customs was called "the Mother of Government Departments”, particularly because some of the other departments were based at the Customs old building and financed through the revenue collected by Customs.
