Job Summary
Jobs at this level are responsible for managing operations at a branch level (mid – sized branches), teams and/or call centers ensuring all sales objectives, customer/client retention targets and operating expenses are in line with established strategies and plans. They are also responsible for analyzing customer/client insights related to feedback on STC products/services and shares feedback with relevant departments for product development and enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relationship with Enterprise Accounts sales partners
- Ensure execution of strategies, plans and initiatives across partners channels
- Coordinate with partners and develop joint plans for improving Enterprise Accounts sales effectiveness
- Participate in the development and renewal of partner’s contract and commission schemes
- Enable channel partners by providing adequate support and ongoing training/ education to effectively sell the company’s brand and product line
- Manage day-to-day activities and provide operational support to partners
- Develop and maintain advocacy across all channels to deliver on Enterprise strategic priorities
- Manage wholesale agreements on SIM cards and devices between STC and its sales partners including account management and settlements
- Provide logistical follow-up support for Enterprise Accounts sales partners in coordination with Sales Operations
- Set sales targets for Enterprise Accounts sales partners and monitor their performance
- Report performance of Enterprise Accounts sales partners and take appropriate actions when failing to achieve targets
- Identify and highlight operational and performance problems and provide support on how to fix them
- Manage renewal of partners contracts , in coordination with Partnership development
- Collect inputs from resellers and dealers on forecasts for areas and streets of increased customer demand and feed input to “Demand Management” team in Enterprise Business Operations, in order for Enterprise to be able to provide accurate annual demand forecasts to Network
Education level/Major
Bachelors or Master Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing / MIS or any related major.

- Intermediate proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers
