Job Summary
Jobs at this level are responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, coordinating with various departments to resolve escalated customer issues related to STC’s products/sales. They are also responsible for managing the sales executives in resolving sales enquiries/complaints, in line with predefined key account management principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop account level sales plans in coordination with Sales Planning
- Develop/manage relationship with large accounts within own sales portfolio
- Implement sales strategies and plans
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities in own verticals and accounts
- Provide input to Sales Planning & Performance Management regarding performance of managed accounts
- Provide input on sales performance to Solutions and support new product/service development
- Ensure delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction with service
- Ensure successful identification and capturing of customer requirements and follow up on customer orders to ensure delivery within requirements
- Provide inputs to “Demand Management” team in Enterprise Business Operations on annual sales forecasts by client, in order for Enterprise to be able to provide accurate annual demand forecasts to Network
Education level/Major
Maters or Bachelor degree in Business Administrations / MIS / Marketing.
Years of Experience
2-4 years of experience in managing key account sales.

- Intermediate proficiency in business acumen
- Intermediate proficiency in STC’s products/services
- Intermediate proficiency in sales planning and process
- Intermediate proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers
