Job Summary
A leading Educational Consultancy is looking for a Senior Student Advisor to add to its growing team.
This is a full-time position. Pay is based on performance and a salary + commission combination.
Evenings and weekends may be required.
Responsibilities of the Position
- Cultivate relationships with school counselors, students, and parents
- Advise students in shaping educational goals, course selection, registration, program requirements
- Knowledge on US admissions for top universities
- Provide information to students and parents regarding admission requirements and other policies and procedures; assist students with application procedures and processes
- Conduct informational meetings and presentations at schools, fairs, and other venues
- 5+ years of experience dealing with high school students, parents, teachers, and counselors
- Ability to work without supervision, be self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Enthusiasm, friendly and confident demeanor
- Fluent in English
