An intensive 6 months program to kickstart your journey as a budding recruitment specialist, with clearly defined weekly targets and monthly achievements to measure and track your growth and skill sets. You will be closely mentored by our team of recruitment experts about the skills that enables you to deliver highly effective recruitment solutions for both your candidates and clients. The training will cover basic skills such as candidate calling, soucing for leads on digital platforms, to more advanced skills such as interview techniques and managing client meetings.
