Standalone Financial Reporting Specialist Professional

Job Summary

• Preparation of the financial statements for the Mobily standalone which enable the management to have acquired the information in their decision making both management format and statutory format.
• Ensure the Mobily trial balance close according to time schedule and other protocols decided with the finance divisions.
• Ensure that closing entries in the financial statement has been timely posted and underlying computations has been properly reviewed; includes CITC accruals and management fees.
• Prepare the monthly analysis of the financial statements and feedback to management with regard to company actual performance as per the formats approved by management.
• Request and consolidate the back-up files supporting the standalone financial statements on monthly basis from all the financial operation and other department as requested and agreed.
• Setup a strict cross validation control/tools to prevent the wrong allocation to cost centres or accounts by other departments with the finance department
• Provision required information to facilitate the internal and external audit process.
• Support the preparation of Internal Audit committee quarterly information on consolidated basis has been accurately and timely prepared.
• Perform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision.
