Taiwan Adventist International School

Taiwan Adventist International School was established in 2008 as an international Christian school with grades 7-12. Enrollment has grown to 60-80 students. It's a boarding school and has weekend activities as part of the curriculum. It's focus is on holistic education: mind, body, and spirit. Located in the mountains of Nantou, it is surrounded by beautiful greenery and wide open fields. A large gym on campus makes it possible to play sports rain or shine. In the classroom, teachers focus on differentiated education where no student is left behind. Project-based learning grabs student's attention and helps them learn through doing. They are able to synthesize what they know in a variety of projects including photos, video, online, games, presentations, and art projects.

TAIS is a remarkable learning environment in which teachers from over 7 nationalities teach and grow together as a community every single day. Our curriculum is under and bound by the standards of U.S. Grigg’s International Diploma Program and is approved by the Taiwan Nantou Education Department as an experimental school. This challenging education takes place in an ideal learning environment on the beautiful campus of Taiwan Adventist College.
