Once an employer publishes their job offer in Talentoo, it is not accessed directly by candidates, but by a network of recruitment companies and specialized headhunters who search, filter and review the best profiles and upload them to the platform. This process is free of charge.

We save costs. Talentoo users don´t pay to register. When the employers publish the offer on Talentoo, they choose a fee that will be paid only if the candidate is hired. This fee corresponds to an average market rate that the employer may accept or modify as they wish upwards or downwards, up to 70%. On the other hand, the employers never pay anything. In addition, we offer a 60-day guarantee in case the candidate does not fit.

We save time. Talentoo users have everything centralized on a single platform. The employers avoid having to deal with hundreds or thousands of CV's, the majority of which do not fit the demanded profile. The employers only receive profiles that have been filtered and reviewed by our network of recruitment, thus they receive an average of 10 CVs per vacancy.
