Technical Manager (Building)

Job Summary

• Working Place: Building Project Site
• To provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings in accordance with project specifications
• Supervise the technical team by managing their time and by cross-checking all drawings to ensure it is up to standard
• Support the Project Managers with accurate drawings from design to production
• Prepare BOQ for the approved drawings for the procurement, production and PMs depts.
• Makes necessary time calculation for drawings development and Ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

• Have degree in civil engineering, construction
• Have 10+ years of experience related to UAE construction field with Major contracting companies
