Job Summary
All the following certificates are required and must be certified and contain the authentication code and in effect:
- MCSE.
- CCNA.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing and speaking).
- Be fit for the job.
- Has a valid driver’s license and a dedicated mobile phone.
- To have a car used for work and transportation to carry out tasks and communications and if not available, the company is obliged to provide a special car for each specialist on the one hand.
- Passing the personal interview by the Information Systems Department is a prerequisite for admission to the job.
Skills
- Must be professional in handling and solving problems.
- Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
- Design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment.
- Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
- Securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
- Support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy.
- Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information and managing projects.
- Upgrading data network equipment to latest stable firmware releases.
- Configuration of routing and switching equipment.
- Basic configuration of firewalls.
- Remote support of on-site engineers and end users during installation.
- Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.
