Job Summary

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Must be comfortable presenting products or services and also generating new clients and business. We are looking for an enthusiastic sales/person to contribute in generating sales for our company.

You will be responsible for calling current clients and generating new clients over the phone and maintaining good client relationships.

Daily Responsibilities Include

  • Contacting potential or existing clients to inform them about the service the firm can provide.
  • Answer questions about the services or the firm.
  • Scheduling meetings/appointment setting
  • Asking questions to understand clients requirements.
  • Finding and qualifying new business opportunities through cold calling/lead generation
  • Managing the phone and making phone calls to an existing base of customers
