Our fantastic, modern facilities are second to none. Turnham Academy has beautiful, spacious playgrounds, forest school facilities, dedicated Art , DT and music rooms, a dance hall and our brand new 3G football pitch, “The Rocky and Wrighty Arena”, recently opened by our ex pupil, star Arsenal and England striker Ian Wright.

At Turnham, our curriculum is currently going through changes; a transformation. We want a curriculum that enthrals and engages our children to become skilled, self motivated, and independant lifelong learners. We are working on a curriculum that is innovative and will be memorable for all who attend this school. Our curriculum will be underpinned by the concepts and skills identified in our core Values and Principles expressed in 'Turnham Pride' and our commitment to becoming a Rights Respecting School.

At Turnham Primary Foundation school we are committed to enabling all children to access education successfully. This is an “inclusive” process; part of this commitment is concerned with establishing a high standard of behaviour throughout the school. The way in which pupils and adults behave has a profound effect on all the work that is undertaken. Therefore, a well thought out approach to this aspect contributes directly to both the social and learning aspects of our school.
