Our history in the UAE is one of innovation and industry leadership, being the first company in the UAE to be licenced by Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) for Medical Skill Training, CME and CPD, and the first educational organisation in the UAE to be awarded accredited provider status for continuing nursing education (CNE) by the American Nurses Credentialing Centre (ANCC).

Our life Support courses are delivered by our professional team of instructors who are officially certified by the AHA. Further, all our life support courses are registered with local accreditation for CME hours by the Health Authority Abu Dhabi to meet licensing renewal requirements and we’re certified and authorised as an aviation first aid training facility and licenced by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of the UAE. As a natural progression from training healthcare professionals, UniTeam Medical has grown into an integrated healthcare services provider, offering considered solutions to clients looking to outsource the challenges of identifying, recruiting and managing their clinical workforce.

We have dedicated software systems in place which remove complex and time consuming manual administration, and offer our clients a visible, easy-to-monitor reporting capability. We can source new staff from within or outside of the UAE, or seamlessly transfer existing staff for ongoing management. We are appropriately Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) licenced and skilled to manage your workforce.

Engaging UniTeam Medical to identify and manage your healthcare workforce means we take care of the sourcing and interviewing, licencing, credentialing, visa and work permits, Emirates ID, health and medical insurances, domestic support services, payroll services, and ongoing CME and CPD training. Training forms part of our integrated solution, however it is also a service we offer separately.

UniTeam Medical operates two separate but seamlessly interfacing HR software systems which provide the best in resume/database management, volume recruitment management, and on-boarding management, as well as employee management during contract delivery. These two systems have been implemented by UniTeam Medical, and are currently being used to develop and support clients across our healthcare projects.

The systems are mobile app available, can provide real-time data reporting, and ensure staff are tracked from the application phase through to resignation.

The HR software system used for ongoing management of staff has the below data-capture categories and can deliver easy-to-understand dashboards and reports to track and manage small and large-scale workforces across multiple facilities.
