Through the experience and knowledge of teachers and other staff in close dialogue with the professional field, a healthy learning environment and contexts are created for work on opera singing and musical drama that stimulates students and gives them keys to future practical work in the field.
We want to be a clear hub for the development of opera as an art form. Within the framework of Uniarts, the University College of Opera helps to create a leading international research environment. The college has about 20 teachers, 40 students and 3 doctoral students. The University College of Opera offers study programmes for singers at first-cycle and second-cycle levels. The premises of the University College of Opera were specially designed to meet the needs of the activities in terms of acoustics, humidity, sound insulation and stage acting.
