Uxbridge High School is a dynamic, caring school, which expects high standards of achievement, effort and behaviour from all students. High standards of teaching and learning are at the heart of this success. Lessons are planned which cater for the individual needs of all learners including students with additional needs and the most able. Staff development is of the highest quality and as a result empowers our staff to be at the forefront of developments in education and highly effective practitioners in the classroom.

One of the most rewarding aspects of working at Uxbridge High School is the endless amount of opportunities you get to grow and develop as a practitioner. One of the programmes on offer is the Teaching Leaders 'Fellow' programme. Through the support of the school and this programme, teachers received intensive coaching and training that enabled them to support their teams with confidence as well as improving outcomes for students across the school.
