Job Summary
- Collaborate with business analysis team, sales and customer care to collect market insights. Leverage customer data to enhance product features, functionalities, user journey, etc.
- Ensure excellent customer experience for products and services launched by conducting customer journey, user centric design and usability tests.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues relating to product and services that affect customers, sales and other teams.
- Develop products / services CP, MarCom Brief and final Business Case. And liaise with product planning team to create and maintain continuous improvement of all products processes, procedures methods and documents.
- Announce projects ready for Launch and ensure commercial and communication Roll Out and execute post launch testing.
- Sourcing of vendors and partners to identify the best service providers.
- Call for RFPs with vendors and sign contracts.
- Prepare all new launch products and services communication materials (Flyers, website, social media).
- Managing Partners after launch including execute settlement reconciliation and contracts renewal negotiation.
- Manage newly launched products in coordination with finance for revenue assurance, functional specification development, and operational efficiencies after launch.
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Capability of driving and contributing to overall innovation process across whole products
- Perform a profitability analysis / model a business case
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
