Vauxhall Primary School operates on the principle of teamwork, recognising that our school will continue to deliver excellent results when our parents, teachers, governors and most importantly, our children work in collaboration.

A high quality, challenging, varied and considered curriculum is delivered to our children by our excellent teaching and support staff, and our results are reflected through our ‘Outstanding’ (October 2018) OFSTED rating.

Our school is located within an area that is undergoing extensive changes (Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms Development) and we embrace the positive aspects of these developments and investments to encourage partnerships which share our objective of delivering outstanding learning opportunities for our children.

We are committed to extending access to opportunities for our children, as noted through performance opportunities achieved with Greenhouse Sports, The Royal Institution, as well as with other schools in the Wyvern Federation.

Our vision at Vauxhall Primary School is that we do whatever it takes to ensure every student achieves their full potential. We expect our students to exemplify our core values at all times; in both their school and home lives. We are an inclusive, community school with a focus on academic rigour and success. Our curriculum is designed to allow students to compete at the highest level. We marry this with care and kindness and a sense of community.

Vauxhall Primary School website and would like to thank you for your interest. Vauxhall is a school that educates two hundred and twenty children aged 3 – 11 years old in the London Borough of Lambeth.

Vauxhall is one of four schools that are connected under the Department for Education’s Federation arrangements. The aim of such collaborations is for schools to jointly focus on the achievement and care for all of the children, and find ways of working together to secure efficiencies and successes. Each school has a distinct identity, with its own curriculum, learning environment and programme of enrichments. The vision and values of the Federation are:
