The CBSE system also mandates Special Education. Children who seem to be having learning difficulties in class are referred to the school counselor. The counselor then observes the child and then may refer the child to a Special Education Teacher. Remedial classes may be conducted for those children separately by the special education teacher. Exam papers set for such children are done taking into consideration the adaptations and modifications required for such a child. For example, some children know the material but have a reading difficulty – For such children, the question papers will be read out loud so that they can answer.

Grading depends from student to students, grade 10 student is expected to have cumulative knowledge about the previous years, he/she needs to plan his academic strategy day to day basis, they need to involve in group discussions, peer assessments, and projects learning methods, making own notes or brief synopsis would help building fundamentals concepts I’m math, science subjects. Need to solve questions in NCERT text rather than following guides and Tution’s. Need to have clear idea about curriculum and questions blue prints. Study routine and simple test can boast confidence, rather than studying during 1 or 2 days before examinations, need to understand topics not just follow rote memorization.
