I enrolled both of my kids in TSK. A decision i would rejoice the rest of my life! A drastic positive change in their behaviour and social skills. In addition to them coming home happy every single day. All of this is offcourse thanks to their professional teachers and the leadership of Miss Hannah! Special thanks and recognition goes to Miss Eman and Miss Balqees and their associates/assistants in Hazel and Marigold classes respectfully. Our journey with TSK began with an interview with Ms. Hannah Farrell, the head teacher, and from that very moment, we knew we had found the right environment for our son. As parents of a non-verbal child, enrolling him in crèche was not a decision we took lightly. However, the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care we felt reassured us immediately. First Experience Starting School: Starting school for the first time can be a big adjustment, especially for a non-verbal child, but TSK made the transition smooth and joyful. From the very first day, our son was excited to go to school. He quickly adapted to his new environment, and we were amazed that, within just a few days, he was no longer crying at drop-off. His class teacher, Ms. Itzel Garcia, and her dedicated team created such a welcoming and nurturing atmosphere that our son felt completely at ease. What could have been a difficult experience was turned into a positive and fun one, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. Quality of Education and Provision: TSK’s approach to education has been a perfect fit for our son. The emphasis on learning through play is both innovative and effective, especially for a child like ours who thrives in a playful, hands-on environment. Within the first month, we saw significant progress—he began following instructions, and we were delighted to hear him starting to make sounds, a hopeful sign that words will soon follow. The school’s professionalism shines through in every aspect, from the structured activities to the individualized attention each child receives. We are confident that this foundation is helping our son develop in ways we didn’t expect so soon. Parent Support and Communication: The communication at TSK has been nothing short of extraordinary. Ms. Garcia has gone above and beyond to ensure we feel connected to his experiences at school. Through Seesaw, she shares heartwarming photos and videos that capture those precious moments we might otherwise miss—whether it’s him playing joyfully or reaching a small milestone. These glimpses into his day bring us immense joy and give us reassurance that he’s thriving in his environment. Along with these personal touches, Ms. Garcia provides a weekly report that offers an insightful overview of the activities from the past week and a preview of what’s coming up. While the reports cover the class as a whole, they’re a fantastic way for us to stay in sync with the learning journey our son is on. We appreciate the thoughtfulness in keeping parents so well-informed and engaged in the process. Ms. Farrell has also been a constant pillar of support. Her regular follow-ups and hands-on involvement demonstrate her genuine care for each family at TSK. She’s always just a message or a conversation away, ensuring that no question goes unanswered. The combination of Ms. Garcia’s daily updates and Ms. Farrell’s leadership has created a perfect balance, making us feel like partners in our son’s education. This level of communication and attention to detail has brought us immense peace of mind and confidence in the care our son receives every day. Final Recommendation: For any parent, especially those of non-verbal children, I cannot recommend TSK highly enough. Their nurturing environment, exceptional staff, and playful yet structured approach to education have exceeded our expectations in every way.
