This institute has rank 2 in listing of best engineering colleges in India. This institute has its own identity for recognition. The teachers, guides, hostel care takers are kind and positive. They are always in position to help othes. My son has got the admission for B Tech Mech in year 2016-17. We have visited this institute. The welcome ceremony was also well planned and great. There was a guide session for the parents what the care to be taken for your kids during your kid is at IIT. The campus of IITD is very big and have greenery everywhere. The locations of boys are girl hostels are also at distance to avoid complications.
The main useful thing here is central library where the students always utilise the facility. The library is always noiseless and students can study.

One of the best institutes in India both technically and research wise. It's near to hauz khas Metro Station. You can hire an auto/rikshaw to enter in campus. Most of the students prefer bicycle to roam in the campus. No pollution and full greenery campus. Food courts and other basic facilities are available. Guest rooms are available for relatives of the students.
