The BBA (Honors) - Human Resource Management is a four-year undergraduate program designed to develop future-ready HR professionals capable of managing people, culture, and organizational change. The program equips students with foundational knowledge and practical skills in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR analytics, labor law, training and development, and strategic HRM. The BBA (Honors) in Human Resource Management is a four-year, 149-credit program offered across eight semesters. The curriculum includes internships, simulations, and hands-on projects. Students who complete 121 credits by the end of six semesters are eligible for the BBA in Human Resource Management. Those who complete all 149 credits will be awarded the BBA (Honors) in Human Resource Management degree.
