The campus vibe at UOWD is super chill and safe and you never feel lost. There’s always someone from student support around, and they’re big on getting us involved in clubs and leadership stuff. Makes you feel part of a community.

As someone juggling a full-time job, finding a flexible MBA was a must. UOWD has been perfect, the evening and weekend classes fit right into my schedule without stressing me out. Plus, the professors don’t just teach theory; they break down real industry situations, which is exactly the kind of learning I wanted

Just finished my first semester at UOWD and I’m honestly impressed. The professors explain accounting concepts in a way that actually makes sense, even the tough topics. Also, the academic advisors keep checking in on us, which makes the transition from high school so much easier.

The Media & Communication faculty here is underrated! We get to do live projects, video production, and even social media campaigns for real brands. The studios and editing labs feel very professional, and the vibe in the department is creative and fun.

My daughter has been taking her Bachelor of Business (Finance) at UOWD and as a parent, I could not be happier. The university has a secure and multicultural atmosphere and offers great academic assistance. Since joining, she is now more independent and career oriented. Internship opportunities that UOWD career services provided her with have been marvelous and she has been able to meet actual firms in the financial arena of Dubai. It is good to know that she is in the right place to get her future.

The logistics program goes deep into real case studies from Dubai’s ports and free zones, which is incredibly valuable. We even toured JAFZA as part of a class activity. If you’re interested in supply chain careers, UOWD is a great place to start

Juggling classes and sports isn’t easy, but UOWD really makes it doable. The gym is honestly way better than I expected, and the staff always help me sort out my schedule when I’ve got tournaments coming up. Plus, the whole campus is super encouraging toward student athletes, feels good to be part of it.

I've always been interested in markets, which is why I selected finance, and UOWD has not let me down! Our financial analysis and investment classes use very realistic simulations that mimic actual trading. Professors frequently put us in touch with guest speakers from Dubai's financial sector since they have extensive industry experience. Completely worthwhile!

I am in my second year of the Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) degree at Wollongong and I honestly believe that I am developing the skills that will be relevant in the actual accounting. The professors are so friendly and they do not just read out of the book but present actual case studies of businesses in the UAE. The course format has offered a good balance between theory and application such as Excel modelling and auditing software which has actually given me confidence when it comes to internships. Another thing I like about the class is its diversity as you get to study with people all around the world.
