The city bus service in Abu Dhabi is of world standard. But there are two problems:
1) Ticket/pass machines are few and mostly exposed in sun, very difficult to get tickt or pass. Please place machines inside all malls and in shade.
2) Most bus stops on main streets are exposed in sun. Very difficult to wait in 40 to 50 deg sun. Please provide some shade at bus stops as on the crossings in some places in city.

we(Abu dhabi pipefactory employees) are staying in mafraq industrial workers city and utilizing the bus service No. 443 to travel from our remote area. This route is going through baniyas and final destination is Shakbout City Mafraq hospital. If a service connecting through Mohammed Bin zayed city is provided we will be very much thankful and a lot of people can utilize this service. We would be very much thankful if a new service or a modification of existing route can be done to travel from Mafraq industrial to Mussafah shabiya.

Hello sir or Madam. We passengers are facing some difficulties riding the Bus going to BANIYAS EAST because once the Bus already occupied all the bus seats they are not stopping now in the Bus stop because its not allowed standing position not like the other Bus there is options for the other passengers who wants to catch the bus going home to stand in the middle area of the Bus. Please kindly help us Sir how to solve our difficulties riding the Bus specially if we are here in Mussafah Area, we need to wait for the next bus from Abu Dhabi for 30-45 minutes and hoping to have a chance to get some vacant seat to ride the Bus going home. Maybe we can suggest to add another Bus number going to Baniyas Route or the Bus having an option to stand in the middle area of the Bus if all the seats already occupied. Thank you so much Sir/Madam and your kind consideration will be very much appreciated.
