We are looking for an Associate Professor in Educational / Developmental Psychology to support us in our teaching and supervision of students in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. We seek a colleague with particular research focus on socio-emotional development and mental health. The candidate will be an ambitious scholar and highly research-engaged, with clear potential for contributing to our future REF submissions. The candidate will also be an innovator in terms of pegagogical excellence and they will form a part of our programme leadership team.
You will have an earned doctorate in psychology or cognate area, recent and relevant experience of grant capture. Evidence of world class scholarship in the field, including a strong record of peer-reviewed publications commensurate with your stage of career. You will have evidence of sustained high quality scholarship. Experience of working effectively on undergraduate and graduate programmes, including teaching, tutoring and assessing students and evidence of engagement and enterprise activity.
