2. SUMMER CAMP – THE ALCHEMIST LAB (Jul 28–Aug 1)

The Alchemist Lab offers a wide range of curriculum based workshops, activities and afterschool clubs that can help educators and schools reach their STEAM educational goals for their students.

3. Sports and Recreation Camps by King’s Academy

Boys and girls aged six to 12 are invited to participate in the Sports and Recreation Camp, which offers a fun, active and safe in-person environment in which to improve their sports skills, make friends and enjoy summer vacation. Activities include football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, tennis, art and much more.

Each camper selects two major activities, each of which meets daily for 75 minutes. Major activities include football, tennis, swimming, basketball, art and fencing. Campers are also assigned to minor activities, which change every day to offer all participants a wide variety of experiences. Minor activities include badminton, fencing, basketball, football, swimming, tennis, art, small games (dodgeball, etc.), cinema, cycling and dezni la dazzak. This arrangement allows players to specialize in one sport while developing their skills in another. While avid athletes are encouraged to sign up, no prior experience is necessary. Each activity has a beginner and an advanced section in order to accommodate all skill levels.

4. Summer Term by Qasid Arabic Institute

Qasid’s core program is our two-track division into Classical and Modern Standard Arabic. Immediate specialization is the fastest and most effective way for students to move toward mastery. Its then with this in mind, that Qasid offers two full-time tracks to accomodate students with a myriad of needs and goals.

This term’s academic program offers students a blended learning experience with courses in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), Classical Arabic (CA), Levantine Arabic (LA), and speaking partner (SP) sessions.

The MSA and CA courses make up the two tracks of our core, group program. Each is made up of 6 levels (you can find short course descriptions for each level in the Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) | Core Program tab below).

Students are asked to choose one of the MSA or CA tracks for their studies with us this summer.

5. LANGUAGE SUMMER CAMP – CONFIDENT-STEPS CENTER

The program aims to improve 4 main skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Courses include using a range of technology, computers and fun activities and games which would depend on the level and age of students. Throughout the program groups of discussion would frequently take place; presentations about topics from daily life are particularly focused on. Plus, writing practice is often a common task as well. Field trips to cultural and educational places through the summer would allow students to have the opportunity to practice and improve their English language skills while at the same time allowing them to become more confident and no longer afraid or embarrassed of using the language.

6. SUMER CAMP – CREATIVE KIDS

Creative Kids is famous for its annual Summer camp where kids ages 4-10 are invited to participate in daily activities featuring Art, Drama, Music, Swimming, Yoga, Dance and much more.

7. MASHREK SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMME

The Annual Mashrek Summer Camp Programme includes many interesting activities, such as: sports, enrichment activities, fitness, amusement trips and a variety of activities within the school premises.
