I recently had the pleasure of visiting Holland International School to conduct an HR assessment, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I was greeted by the security guard, to my interactions with the three business leaders, it was clear that the school embodies its core values of equality, cooperation, and independent thinking. The professionalism, friendliness, and strong sense of teamwork were evident at every level.The HR assessment results reflected this positive culture, with many areas surpassing baseline expectations, and several achieving excellence. What impressed me most was their commitment to continuous improvement, even in areas where they already excel. It’s no wonder the team is thriving!
