We create, teach, and learn together across three garden-like campuses with leading-edge facilities that support independent inquiry, critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative study.

We play sports, put on drama productions, paint, sculpt, engineer, and create. Our students are able to explore and grow in a safe environment and are encouraged to follow their passions to be as successful as they can be.

Our Mission and Vision guide everything that we do from how we learn to the dispositions that JIS students gain while at our school.

Across a combined 20 hectares, our four divisions create one community. The Middle and High School campus is located in Cilandak, the Pondok Indah Elementary campus is located in Pondok Indah and connects to the Cilandak campus via a path and walking bridge, and the Pattimura Elementary campus is located in Kebayoran Baru.

Our facilities are an important part of the learning experience at JIS. We renovate and update our facilities on a regular basis to enhance our teaching practices and the student experience.

Our campuses have tranquil gardens, swimming pools, sports fields, state-of-art STEAM labs, creative arts performance venues, and libraries. JIS is an oasis, and we often find that our students and parents never want to leave!

Our hope is for our students to become passionate, inquisitive, and creative thinkers. In order to accomplish this goal, we have an outstanding team of administrators, teachers, and staff to create a caring environment that supports educational excellence.

Recognizing and honoring the early years period (ages 3-6) as pivotal in building a foundation for the educational life of our students. It is here, where it all starts: growing curiosity and the love of learning! In the JIS Early Years Program, we:
