Kincoppal-Rose Bay School of the Sacred Heart is a leading Catholic independent school that is part of the international network of Sacred Heart schools. Located in Rose Bay in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, the School caters for boys (ELC-6) and girls day (ELC-12) and boarding (Years 7-12).

Campus Masterplans guide current and future capital expenditure and are key to long term planning. Our masterplans are developed with consideration to future teaching and learning needs and we are excited to have already delivered a number of projects.

We have decided to future-proof our planning by preparing a State Significant Development Application for 10 projects in detailed design and four in concept design. Planning approval of these projects would enable the continued staged delivery of the Campus Masterplan and provide the school with flexibility to deliver them depending on the needs and priorities of the school community in the medium to long term.

The draft detailed designs and concept designs have been developed and we are currently preparing a State Significant Development Application in accordance with the Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements. As part of the planning process we have been consulting with neighbours and stakeholders.
