Kings’ School Al Barsha Students Shine with Top A-Level Results, Securing Places at Prestigious Global Universities

From Medicine at Imperial to straight-A Emirati success stories, Kings’ School Al Barsha’s Class of 2025 proves that hard work, resilience, and ambition open doors to the world’s top universities.

Dubai, UAE – Kings’ School Al Barsha is celebrating another record-breaking year of A-Level success, with its 2024-25 Year 13 cohort achieving outstanding grades and securing offers from some of the world’s most competitive universities.

This year, 48% of all grades awarded were at A*–A and 73% at A*–B, representing a significant rise from last year’s 41% and 71% respectively. The results reaffirm Kings’ School Al Barsha’s position as one of the UAE’s leading British curriculum schools, renowned for academic excellence, personalised learning, and holistic student development.

Among the many success stories:

• Farhaan Saeed achieved 2 A*s and an A and will be reading Medicine at Imperial College London. Farhaan commented “2 A*s and an A! It still feels surreal! This moment is a big realisation that all the hard work truly meant something. Huge congratulations to all my friends too – we did it!”
• Michael Hardcastle secured an impressive 3 A*s.  Michael commented “I’m so grateful for the support I have received from Kings’ Al Barsha, from my teachers and my friends. Happy to be back around my family in Manchester but will always appreciate what Dubai and my eight years at this school have given me. Looking forward to what happens next.”

A special mention goes to the school’s Emirati cohort, who collectively achieved straight A*s–B grades, excelling across a wide range of academic disciplines.

Many other students have also secured places at prestigious Russell Group universities, pursuing highly competitive courses in Medicine, Engineering, Law, and Business.
