At break times students make use of the canteen and take a rest under the shelter of the wooden cabanas / little pondoks.
Knewton Global Schools benefits by being part of the Bonanza Educare group of schools and learning spaces across Malaysia.
The group was founded by an experienced team of educationalists and commercial operators, who developed the largest international and private schools’ group in Malaysia,Tenby Schools. The team sold Tenby Educare in 2016 but have always remained the landowners of the Miri campus and welcomed the school back into the group in August 2019.
We Always Knew!
This school has a great history that continues to be built upon. Originally it was known as Piasau Primary School and is recognised as the oldest international school in Malaysia. In 2011, it became Tenby Schools Miri, developing both a British international and Malaysian national curriculum. In 2020, it was rebranded to Knewton Global Schools.
