Kuyper Christian School is a non-denominational, Prep to Year 12 Christian school.Located in a bushland setting at Kurrajong. The school links with parents to provide an outstanding Christian education which prepares children for life as God's person in God's world. In 2017, Kuyper commenced Year 12 leading to the award of High School Certificate. We are very encouraged by the number of our students who will be pioneering this new initiative. This completes the final stage of the school's maturity. We look forward to the contribution these wonderful students will make to our school community and beyond. Kuyper Christian School is registered with the NSW Board of Studies under the Education Act 1990.

This means it has met all the Department's requirements for curriculum, facilities and resources. Kuyper Christian School has enjoyed over 30 years of Christian Education in the beautiful foothill of Kurrajong in the Hawkesbury area. Kuyper Christian School commenced in 1982 as an outcome of a vision by Christian parents who desired Christian education for the children of all Christian parents.

The school commenced in 1982 with the vision. Kuyper Christian School is a community of families, teachers and friends who acknowledge Christ as the source of truth and life as revealed in the Bible and His world. We serve Christ by supporting parents in their God-given responsibility to nurture their children. We recognise the worth and uniqueness of each individual and provide a co-operative environment that seeks to develop the whole child, so that each one may grow in their relationship with God and serve Him. Today this vision remains central to the life of the school.

Kuyper Christian School is a member of Christian Education National (CEN). CEN provides many resources for our teaching staff and holds yearly conferences with workshops that all our staff attend. Christian Education National provides and nurtures a strong sense of partnership for board members to strengthen vision and to fulfil their governance obligations.Welcome to the Kuyper Christian School journey. For over 30 years, Kuyper has sought to nurture children and equip them for life; a life acknowledging God’s ownership of all things. This includes learning in and understanding His world. The understanding places Jesus in His rightful place as Lord of all and emphasises the importance of understanding the saving grace of Jesus His Son. As our school motto says, we are “Learning in Gods’ World”, so we seek to acknowledge the Creator and Sustainer of life in all that we do.

As a member of Christian Education National, Kuyper is well supported and resourced. CEN is an Australia wide organisation that incorporates over 75 schools which hold similar beliefs and values to our own. At Kuyper Christian School we are committed to:

2017 opens with the excitement and new challenge of Senior classes at Kuyper Christian School with our pioneer Year 11 and 12 students. Our educational program draws on our dedicated teachers’ years of experience and the broad opportunities available for learning.
