Documents required by the school for registration for admission
- The identification card or valid passport of the student (sight of the original, plus one copy).
- The birth certificate of the student (sight of the original, plus one copy).
- A valid residency permit for all non -Qataris (sight of the original, plus one copy).
- Two recent photographs.
- A health record document for students between the ages of three and six who are already resident in Qatar (sight of the originals, plus one copies).
- For Class I to XII, a written test is conducted. All tests are followed by interaction with the Principal. Only Parent’s interview with the Principal is required for KG and no formal test is required. Child should accompany the parent for interview.
- The admission test for class I to XII will be based on the syllabus of the class immediately preceding the class to which admission is sought.
- Preference for siblings.
- Decision of the principal/designate shall be final.

- The following information must be entered exactly as per the information available in the Passport.
- First Name, Middle Name and Surname of the child.
- Date of Birth of the Child
- Father's Name (As per Father's passport).
- Mother's Name (As per Mother's passport).
- It is mandatory to enter all the fields which are marked in red.
- For admission to Grades I- X, please specify the 2nd language option (Hindi or French or Malayalam or Arabic)
- For admission to KG Il- Grade Xll, please enter the name of the present school, its location, grade in which studying, affiliation of the school to a board (if any), and the medium of instruction in the school.
- For admission to Grade Ill- XIl. please enter the academic record
- In case there are siblings presently studying in the school, please specify the admission number of any one of the siblings.
- Please enter the P.O. Box Address of the office. Please do not mention the name of the organization in the P.O. Box field.
- It is important to enter at least one of the two: Father's Office Address or Mother's Office Address.
- It s important to correctly mention your email address and mobile phone number for correspondence through SMS and email.
