Application
Submit an online application via OpenApply and upload all required documents.
Application Fee
Pay the Application Fee (non-refundable) to initiate the application review process.
Application Review
Submitted applications will be reviewed by the Enrolments Team and Education Leadership Team. Some applicants may be invited to sit for an English Language proficiency assessment or attend a Family Meeting with our Education Leadership Team. Our Admissions Team will take care of all arrangements.
Offer
Successful applicants will receive an official Offer Letter from the Registrar and Enrolment Department. You will be required to pay the Enrolment Fee (non-refundable) to confirm your child’s placement. After that, you will receive a Student Contract for your review and acceptance, as well as an invoice for the first-semester tuition fees.
Enrolment
Once all documentation is submitted and fees paid, your family is all set to start your learning journey with us. You will receive a Welcome Information deck and be all set to Shape Next Now!
XCL World Academy enrols students regardless of gender, nationality, religion, or race, who demonstrate the ability and willingness to successfully participate in the defined parameters and expectations of an enriched IB curriculum.
XCL World Academy welcomes applications for all grade levels throughout the academic year, subject to availability. For Secondary Years in Grade 9 to Grade 11, applications are reviewed on a case by case basis, subject to availability in the course selection and pathways. Spaces are limited and all placements are secured on a first come, first served basis.

Application
Fees
The Application Fee is SGD$800 (non-refundable) and is payable in full upon submission of your application, in order for it to be processed.
The Enrolment Fee will become due upon completion of the application process. This is a one-time, non-refundable and non-transferable fee of SGD 5,200 and must be paid on or before the due date for the payment as stipulated on the invoice.
