School Fees

XWA Scholarships are available for eligible students who demonstrate outstanding abilities in academia, the arts and community service. Since its opening, the school has provided in excess of S$3 million in scholarship concessions to worthy recipients, and the average value of scholarships awarded for the past 5 years is S$450,000/year.

Over 50% of scholarship applicants are successful, and concessions awarded range from 25%-100% of the annual tuition fee. Scholarships will be awarded for a single academic year, and scholarship recipients are required to meet certain renewal criteria for continued eligibility.

Sibling discounts

As an international school in Singapore, we offer attractive sibling discounts to families with multiple children. Each child registering at XCL World Academy who is a sibling (brother or sister by birth or adoption) of another child (“Previous Sibling”) who is enrolled at XCL World Academy will enjoy the following benefits on their annual tuition fee:

• the 1st sibling and 2nd sibling will receive a 10% concession
• the 3rd and any additional siblings will receive a 25% concession

In addition, any newly enrolled siblings (brother or sister by birth or adoption) of any child already enrolled at XCL World Academy will receive a discount of SGD 5,200.

Sibling discount will be determined by descending age order (both simultaneous and sequential enrolments). The 1st child is the child in the family who is applying to or enrolled in the most senior grade at XCL World Academy. 2nd and subsequent children are defined in descending order of class seniority of children attending XCL World Academy.

Important note: Should your child be awarded a scholarship or any other concession on fees, sibling discounts will no longer apply.

Individual Payment Plans

Utilising the Individual Payment Plan (IPP), you will be able to pay for a full semester through the bank on a six months payment scheme at 0% interest-free instalment. To avail yourself of this scheme, please consider the following procedure with any of our partner banks:

OCBC

The school’s semester tuition fees can be processed via a credit card issued from a Singapore based OCBC bank with a credit limit sufficient for the semester tuition fees.

Feel free to drop by our Accounts Office to set up your IPP. There will be no bank charges for processing this transaction.

Standard Chartered

The school’s semester tuition fees can be processed via Unlimited Cashback Credit Card issued from a Singapore based Standard Chartered Bank with a credit limit sufficient for the semester tuition fees.

You can make payment for the full semester tuition fees via the XCL World Academy online gateway or by visiting our Accounts office. Please note that a 2.5% bank charge will be applied to process the transaction by the Standard Chartered Bank.

To take advantage of this offer, log into StanChart iBanking, select the credit card transaction, and click ‘Submit EasyPay Request’.

Application and enrolment fees

The Application Fee is (non-refundable) and is payable in full upon submission of your application, in order for it to be processed.

EAL fees

• Half-day programmes are charged at 65% of the fees shown above.
• Tuition fees exclude transportation, uniforms, EAL fees, optional enrichment activities and miscellaneous fees. Tuition Fees will become due upon signing of Student Contract and must be paid on or before the due date for the payment as stipulated on the invoice to secure the student’s place at the school.
• Tuition fees for Mandarin Bilingual Classes incur no additional charge.
• Extended hours for Nursery and Pre-K will also be offered at no additional charge.
• All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax.
