Application Process

Complete The Application Form

To kick off the application, here are your first steps:

• Complete the online application form and pay the application fee.
• Send the confidential Learner Reference form to your child’s current school.

The Learner Reference form must be completed by your child’s current teachers and emailed back to Nexus. We encourage you to start this step early as it can be a time-consuming process and we need this form before we can offer a place for your child. If you’d prefer not to notify your child’s school just yet, this submission can wait, though it may delay the placement.

Provide Admissions With Supporting Documents

Once the application form is submitted, we’ll start the application process. We’ll need a few more important documents to complete your submission. Please send us a photocopy or photograph of:

• School Reports (Current/Previous Year)
• Birth Certificate
• Passport(s)
• Immunisation Records
• Any Other Assessment Reports

If some items aren’t readily available, feel free to submit them when ready. Copies don’t need to be certified.

Getting To Know Your Child

Each child has unique strengths and learning needs. As we strive to understand and support each unique individual, we may request consultations such as face-to-face meetings, video calls, or trial days. This process typically takes about 2 weeks, depending on mutual schedules.

Application Review

Once the above is completed, our Head of School will review your application to make the best recommendation for your child.

Sign The Student Contract

An enrolment contract will be sent to you to review and sign to accept your place at Nexus. You will also need to pay the enrolment fee.

You’re in! Soon, you’ll meet the staff, tour the learning spaces, and get all the support you need to prepare for the first day of school.

Enrolment Application

This application form allows families to enrol online and pay via credit card.
A non-refundable fee of $963 will be charged per enrolment.

To complete your application, please ensure you have the following available:

• Copy of school reports
• Copy of birth certificates
• Copy of passports for the whole family
• Copy of Employment/Dependent Passes (front and back) once you have received the cards
• Copy of immunisation records
• Copy of any other assessment reports (in the case of learning support)
• Application fee of $963

Please note: The School reserves the right, and the parent hereby authorizes the School, to contact the previous school, or such medical officers or other relevant persons, any for further information required relating to the child in consideration of this application.
