No application will be considered without payment of the Application Fee. It is a processing fee and is not refundable under any circumstances. Please note that when a place is offered you will have fourteen (14) days from the date the Student Contract is sent to accept the place by returning a signed Student Contract and by paying the Enrolment Fee.

Course Fee

Nexus International School (Singapore) charges full semester course fees. However, parents are welcome to make payment for the full-year academic course fees. New students enrolled before mid-semester will pay the full semester fee.

Support Programme Fee

Support Programme Fees are to be paid at the beginning of each semester if the child is assessed to need the support and are applied if a student commences a semester, or part of a semester requiring the support.

The Development Levy is to be paid in full during the first semester of attendance each year.

Sibling Discount

A 3% sibling discount will be applied for the second child enrolled, 15% discount for the 3rd and 25% for the 4th and subsequent children concurrently. Sibling Discount will be deducted from the 2nd Semester instalment (irrespective of enrolment date). This applies to the 2nd, 3rd etc. child’s tuition fees (NOT the first child’s tuition fees) each year. Sibling Discount is only applicable if siblings complete a full academic year.

Refund Policy

Nexus International School (Singapore)’s Refund Policy aims to protect the interests of its students as well as the School itself. This policy takes into consideration the SkillsFuture Singapore’s (SSG) general principles for student protection. It strives to be fair and reasonable in all aspects. The policy outlines the various conditions which refund is applicable and it clearly states the refund details of the various fees that the School charges. In addition, it also states the time taken to process refund requests. The refund process is aligned with the policy ensuring that all refunds are processed in a fair and reasonable manner.

Fee Payment Due Dates

Course fees are payable in full prior to the commencement of each semester. Payment is due by the published deadline (see below or as outlined in your invoice). Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the NISS Refund Policy.

Late Payments

Nexus International School (Singapore) considers payment made one (1) day after the invoice due date(s) as late. The School will impose a late payment interest (as stated in the miscellaneous fee schedule) on any fee payments that are not received by the due date indicated on the invoice.

Pro-Rating of Fee

New students enrolling on or after the mid-semester point will be required to pay half of the semester fee (i.e. 50% of one full semester fee).

Miscellaneous Fees

There are some optional fees which the students pay only when applicable. Such fees are normally collected by the School when the need arises. Full details can be found on our website.

Payment of Fees

  • All fees are due and payable in Singapore dollars by the due date as stated in the Student Contract and are subject to the prevailing rate of Goods & Services Tax (GST). The GST rate established as of July 1 is 7% and it is subject to change based on government’s directives..
  • Please ensure that the child’s name, year group and student ID number are referenced on the remittance to enable us to credit the amount received to your child’s account accordingly. All bank charges are to be borne by the remitter. Please forward a copy of the transaction receipt by email to finance@nexus.edu.sg

Fees Paid by Company

If course fees are paid by a company/employer, please complete the Company Payment Form and submit to Learner Services, email learnerservices@nexus.edu.sg to guarantee payment before the start of classes.

Outstanding Payments

Fee payments not made within fourteen (14) days of the due date will be subjected to a late payment fee of 5% of outstanding fees. The release of student records, including transcripts and transfer documents upon a student’s withdrawal, is subject to the full satisfaction of all outstanding financial obligations, including any accrued late payment fees.
