If you would like your child to attend our school, please see the full details of our admission arrangements below.

How to apply for a place at Lake Farm Park Academy

You can collect an application form directly from the school. Please complete the application form, including your Council Tax reference number, and return to the school together with the following documents:

• Your most recent Child Benefit letter or Family Tax Credit documentation.
• Your child’s birth certificate.
• Parent/Legal Guardian’s visual identification e.g. Passport or driving licence.

Requesting Appeal Documentation

If you application has been unsuccessful you must make your appeal in writing: You can write a letter to Lake Farm Park Academy and request the appropriate appeal form.

Starting Primary School

If you are applying for a Reception place you can apply online at www.hillingdon.gov.uk/schools

Intake Meeting

If you child is offered a Reception place you will be invited to an intake meeting to meet the Principal, class teachers and admission staff.
