Registration Policy

Important guidelines to be followed during registration and re-enrollment process:

  • All new students’ parents must submit all required documents and student should pass the Admissions Test.
  • If a student is accepted, the parents must visit the Accounting Department to pay KD 250 (deducted from school’s fees) within 3 days of the acceptance notification. Failure to do so results in the registration being cancelled without notifying the parents.
  • In case of withdrawal after paying the KD 250, only KD 150 can be given back, as the KD 100 is nonrefundable according to the Ministry of Education – the Public Administration of Private Education.
  • For KG students only the medical file is requested, while other students must submit a stamped copy of the Certificate of Good Conduct, Financial Clearance, medical file and the transfer certificate from the previous school.
  • Parents must submit medical information about each child enrolled and make clear reference to any medical conditions or previous serious medical history. The school reserves the right to cancel a student’s registration if this information is not submitted (without any liability on the school).
  • Only the father or the Educational Custody Carrier has the legal right to register, re-enroll or withdraw his child from the school.
  • Parents need to pay the first installment fees before the start of the school year in order to receive the Student ID.
  • In case of divorce or a parent’s death (God forbid), please submit the Educational Custody Certificate/ death certificate accordingly. In addition, a certificate stating which parent has the authority to make educational decisions is required
    (Legal Guardianship).
  • Once the re-enrollment dates are announced by the school administration, parents are requested to visit the Accounting Department to complete the re-enrollment papers and pay requested fees; this secures places for your children during the specified registration period. According to the Ministry of Private Education policies, the school is not obligated to re-enroll students who miss the re-enrollment deadline, which is the middle of April. There is priority given for those who are re-enrolling early. However, if all places are filled, re-enrollment is not guaranteed.
  • If parents do not want to re-enroll their children, they must visit the Registration Department in person to complete the necessary form.
  • Accepted students must attend school in the first day of the school year. On the fifth day of absence without notification to the school, the child will be removed from the school registration and the place will be given to another child.
  • In case of any changes (emergency contacts, home address or mobile/home phone numbers), please notify the Registration Department.
  • The school tuition fees can be increased according to Ministry of Education – the Public Administration of Private Education decision.

Required Documents

Please enclose:

  • One recent passport size photo.
  • Copy of student’s birth certificate with full vaccination records.
  • Copy of student’s Civil ID.
  • Copy of Student’s and Guardian’s Passport (all nationalities).
  • Copy of Father’s nationality certificate (for Kuwaitis).
  • Copy of Student’s, Mother’s and Guardian’s Civil ID.
  • Copy of last two reports of school previously attended.
  • A certificate of Good Conduct from the previous school.
  • A non-refundable Application fee of KD 25 is payable for Entrance Exam.

Important Notes:

  • Only the father or the educational custody carrier can register the student.
  • The legal guardian needs to provide the registration department with all the above mentioned documents along with the student’s medical file.
  • If any of the provided information is changed, the registration department needs to be notified immediately to update the school’s database.

After Acceptance Please Submit:

  • A complete Health File from Kuwait Ministry of Health / or Previous School.
  • Financial Clearance Certificate from previous school. (Students transferring from another school in Kuwait.
  • Original Transfer Certificate from previous school for ،KG2 student or above. (Students transferring from another school in or outside Kuwait).
