Admission to The School

Nursery and Reception Admission
You can now begin the admission process for your child if they are born between the dates below, the closing date for applications to Nursery and Reception is 15th January.

• Children born between 01 September and 31 August start Reception in September .
• Children born between 01 September and 31 August start Nursery in September .

To apply for Nursery, you will need to complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF)

To apply for Reception, you will need to complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) which is downloadable on this website - you must also complete the Ealing Borough Common Application Form at www.eadmissions.org.uk (or the CAF from the borough you live in). Please see the Ealing website for more details www.ealing.gov.uk/admissions.

Please ensure that the following documentation is enclosed with your application form:

• Certificate of Catholic Practice (where applicable) obtainable from your Parish Priest
• Baptismal Certificate (where applicable)
• Proof of Birth i.e. birth certificate, passport
• Proof of address i.e. Council Tax Bill 2023/2024
• Tenancy Agreement
