St John Fisher Catholic Primary School

St John Fisher is a voluntary aided Catholic Primary School situated in the Parish of St John Fisher Perivale, London borough of Ealing, under the auspices of the Diocese of Westminster. We are a two form entry school with a Nursery onsite.

The fundamental aim of our school is to be a high achieving Catholic community, living out the gospel values in all that we do. Our mission statement ‘Through the love of God we value and respect every person’ is central to our existence and underpins every aspect of school life. Children are encouraged to be independent and to give of their best at all times. We recognise that each child is an individual and we work to ensure that the academic potential of each is met, whilst nurturing faith – therefore developing the whole child.

St John Fisher is a happy and successful school with a dedicated staff and supportive parents and Governing Body. We take pride in our diverse community and work together to live out the values of Jesus Christ. We provide a Catholic curriculum, which is broad and balanced, recognising that every pupil is unique and is created in the image of God. We also provide a wide range of extra-curricular activities and strong pastoral support. We incorporate democratic principles, value the rule of law, support individual liberty and foster a community in which different faiths and beliefs are respected.

Excellent standards are achieved through high expectations, self- belief, support, challenge, encouragement and praise. It is our aim to provide this for every child, enabling their primary school years to be a memorable experience, whilst equipping them with the desire, understanding, skills and confidence to be life- long learners and responsible citizens of the future.
