Clayfield College accepts enrolments for:
Applications for enrolment may be lodged at any time. Potential applicants for enrolment are encouraged to contact the Enrolments Office for a tour of the College and its facilities. Where possible, a meeting with the Head of Primary or other Primary School Academic Staff may also be arranged on request. Offers for Primary School entry are subject to a place being available in that year level, and an interview with the Head of Primary.
Students transferring from another school must include, with their application, a copy of their most recent school report, NAPLAN report and a copy of their birth certificate. Places are offered in order of date of application, or at the Principal’s discretion, where special circumstances prevail.
Clayfield College intake is at Pre-Prep and Prep and Year 5 for Primary School, although applications for all Year levels will be considered subject to availability of placement. A discount system exists for siblings of current students.

A tour of the College and its facilities is available at any time.

Application for enrolment at Clayfield College can be completed two ways. These are:
Please note the submission must be accompanied with the non-refundable Registration Fee (please refer to the current Schedule of Fees). Please ensure that you have read and understood the Clayfield College Expectations document and the relevant College Business Regulations (either the Domestic Business Regulations or the International Business Regulations) before lodging an application.
Acknowledgement of receipt of your registration form will be forwarded in writing, together with the receipt for payment of the Registration Fee. Registration does not guarantee placement. As the year of entry draws closer, you will receive invitations to our Open Mornings which are held several times throughout the year.
Invited to interview
Enrolment interviews for entry into Primary and Secondary are held approximately two years prior to the intended entry date. Enrolment registrations will be taken at any time should a position be available. If, at this time, the College is unable to offer a place, applicants will be given the option to defer the enrolment to the Waiting List for a later Year level.
Offer of a place
Official offers of placement will be made in writing following successful interview and are valid for three weeks, or for the period as indicated on the letter of offer.
Acceptance of offer
Enrolment is not confirmed until a place has been offered and accepted by receipt of the signed and completed Acceptance of Offer form and payment of the non-refundable Enrolment Confirmation Fee (please refer to the Current Schedule of Fees).
