Once you have chosen to join the Mentone Grammar Community, you can follow our simple Enrolment process with the support of our expert Enrolments team to help you along the way.
Mentone Grammar welcomes local students from ELC 3 to Year 12. Parents can register for enrolment online via the link below.
Step 1: Registration
Parents submit an online Registration for Enrolment with non-refundable registration fee and required documentation. The acceptance of your registration will place your child on our waitlist. Please note that this does not guarantee an enrolment. Please note you will need to complete one form per child.
Step 2: Application
Approximately two years prior to commencement the Enrolments Team will contact families to confirm their intent to proceed with the application. Parents submit an online New Student Profile Form with up to date reports and other required documentation.
Step 3: Interview
Families are invited to attend an enrolment interview with the Head of Campus. Places at Mentone Grammar are offered according to waitlist priorities, in order of the date of application and at the Principal’s discretion.
Step 4: Enrolment Confirmation
Upon receiving an offer for a place at the school, parents have 14 days to accept by completing and returning the Enrolment Agreement documentation with the non-refundable acceptance fee. Foundation families are also required to pay a tuition deposit in the year prior to commencement. The tuition deposit amount is credited upon commencement.
