Pre-Kindergarten – Year 12 Educational Experience
At PLC we offer a fully integrated Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 educational experience, split into three distinct learning environments; The Early Learning Centre (Pre-Kindergarten – Pre-Primary), Junior School (Years 1 – 6) and Senior School (Years 7 – 12). Please note that we welcome boys from Pre-Kindergarten to Kindergarten.
Entry Points
Although the School has formal entry points, new students are welcome to enter at other Year levels, at the discretion of the Principal and if places are available.
- Pre-Kindergarten
students must turn 3 years by 30 June in the year of entry.
We run a three-day programme from 8.35 am to 2.50 pm with optional drop-off from 7.30 am.
- Kindergarten
This is a five-day programme from 8.35 am to 2.50 pm. Students commencing in Pre-Kindergarten and/or Kindergarten are required, under current WA legislation, to be up to date with their immunisations. Please click here for further information.
- Pre-Primary
This is the first official year of schooling in Western Australia.
- Year 4 – Junior School;
- Year 7 – Senior School; and
- Year 10 – Senior School, in readiness to commence either WACE or the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
What’s Next?
- Your child’s name will be added to the waiting list.
- Receipt of your application will be acknowledged in writing and we invite you to visit the School.
- If a place is available, an offer of place will be made in writing. Offers are made two years in advance for Pre-Kindergarten and three years in advance for all other entry levels.
- You accept, defer or decline the letter of offer.
- To accept a place, the relevant enrolment documentation must be completed and returned together with a non-refundable, non–transferable Acceptance Fee.
