A non-refundable registration fee of $150 including GST shall be lodged with each Application for Registration.
As applications for registration are received, names are placed on the waiting list. Parents will be formally notified of acceptance of the students at least twelve months prior to the date of enrolment or such earlier date as determined by the School.
A non-refundable non-transferable Acceptance Fee is payable at the time the acceptance is received by the School. For girls entering the School in Year 7, the fee is $5,200.
Reduced fees apply for Early Learning and Junior School.

For second sisters, the Acceptance Fee is reduced by half, and waived for any subsequent sisters.
For boys entering Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and Pre-Primary the fee is $1,200.
The Acceptance Fee for a child or grandchild of a member of the PLC Old Collegians’ Association will be discounted by 10%.
The majority of the Acceptance Fee is deposited with the College’s Foundation, which supports the College with funding of infrastructure projects that provide the highest level of education and facilities to our students - see more on the PLC website, www.plc.wa.edu.au.
By signing the Conditions of Entry and Continuing Enrolment form, parents have agreed to be jointly and severally liable for all fees and other payments. Any request to vary this agreement must be made in writing.
Fees are charged on an annual basis and are payable in four instalments, except for Year 12 tuition and boarding fees, which are billed in three instalments. Instalments of the fees and expenses are due and payable on the first day of each term. Methods of payment are set out on the statement of account. A late fee of $150 will be charged on accounts not paid within fourteen days of the due date unless previous arrangements have been made. Costs incurred in the collection of overdue fees will be charged to your account.
Applications to participate in PLC organised tours may not be accepted unless all fees have been paid. No student may commence a new School term unless the previous balance of account has been paid in full.
The following concessions are allowed from Tuition Fees:
Remission of fees because of absence due to illness or any other cause will only be made in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Principal.
Tuition fees may be paid prior to 30 November at the rate applicable. Tuition fees paid prior to 30 November will be charged at the rate applicable plus 2.5%. Any subsequent year paid in advance attracts a cumulative escalation of 2.5% per annum.
Commonwealth and State subsidies have been taken into account when setting fees.
Other charges such as uniforms, text materials and optional activities may, from time to time, be charged to accounts. These items may include GST.
This is an allowance designed to assist those children who, because of the geographic isolation of their homes, do not have reasonable access to a government school offering courses of appropriate level, i.e primary and secondary. Scholarships are awarded annually to girls entering Senior School. Details of these may be obtained from the Admissions office or through the website.
The annual subscription of $45 per family will be included in the first account for the year. Payment of this item is optional.
Please notify the Registrar promptly of any alterations to the home address, email and/or phone number of any family member.
One academic term’s notice in writing must be given to the Principal before the withdrawal of a girl from the School or deferring commencement to a subsequent year. Failure to give such notice will render parents or guardians liable for fees equivalent to 25% of the annual fee in lieu.
In the event of withdrawal of a student from the Boarding House during the year, unbilled boarding fees for the remainder of the year are payable unless previous arrangements have been made with the School.
For students re-enrolling after having left the school, the Acceptance Fee is based on the fee applicable to their re-enrolment year minus any Acceptance Fee previously paid for their enrolment.
Discontinuance from music lessons will only be accepted at the end of a term. The Music Department must receive written notice at least two weeks prior to the end of a term or the following term’s fees will be charged.
This schedule is effective from 1 December. The Council reserves the right to vary its business conditions from time to time. Such current conditions or variations shall be outlined in each year’s fee schedule or notified from time to time.
