Thank you for your interest in The Linsly School. Along with our excellent academic reputation, our faculty and staff are committed to developing future leaders by emphasizing character development. Our faculty and staff are compelled to develop relationships with each and every one of their students. At The Linsly School, we believe real learning cannot take place until these relationships are formed.

We are excited you are considering a Linsly experience and we thank you for visiting our website. We hope you continue to explore for the best educational fit. As our theme for the current school year states, “Don’t Limit Your Challenges; Challenge Your Limits.”

While we are excited for you to visit our campus, voted most beautiful private school in West Virginia by Arch Digest, the safety and health of our Linsly community and all guests and visitors remain our highest priority.

Please feel free to email our Admissions Office admit@linsly.org for more information or to set up a live Skype, Zoom or Facetime call with one of our Admissions Counselors.

Complete the online application

An application for admission and all supporting documents should be submitted to the admissions office at your earliest convenience. Linsly is on rolling admissions. The first set of acceptances will go out mid February. Financial Aid is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Thus we encourage all families to apply before March 1st.

After completing the application, please submit or schedule the following:

  • Writing Samples (as requested in Application)
