Application process

When to apply

Grace college does not have a closing date for admissions and accepts applications right through a pupil’s grade 7 year. However, we strongly advise parents to submit applications once their child is in grade 6. This will afford the family some time to experience grace college calendar highlights with us as they process their high school choice.

School tours

Grace college has an afternoon expo and two information evenings a year during which a tour of the school can be booked. However, visitors or prospective parents and pupils are welcome to visit the school on any day during term time. Please contact kevin christie on (033) 343 2177 should you wish to tour the school.

Application Procedure

• Submit application online or print from www.gracecollege.co.za OR
• Email marketing@gracecollege.co.za to request the form OR
• Collect an application form from the Admissions Offce

Requried Documents

Submit the completed application form together with the following:

• Application fee - R500
• Copies of birth certificate and latest report
• Proof of residence
• For Immigrants: Full Unabridged Birth Certificate and Study permit
• Copy of Therapist's Report (where applicable)
• Letter from Trust/CompanY/Third Party if liable for the account

Acceptance Fee

Upon acceptance a once-off, non-refundable Acceptance Fee is payable to secure a space. The current fee payable is R3 500-00.
