Click on the documents below to download a PDF version of our application package. Please ensure you save these documents in a safe place you will remember and be able to access on your computer. Don't forget to download both the Application Form and Contract. If you are looking to apply for the current school year please email Cyndy Loewen in Admissions at admissions@kcschool.ca.
Once you have downloaded your application package and have saved it to a safe place on your computer, you will be able to open it up and easily type in your information into the fillable PDF. Please make sure you save your work as you go. If you aren't able to finish filling out the forms all at once, you should be able to save this form and return to it at a later time to find your previous work saved in this document. We suggest testing this function with a few questions before you complete the whole form to discover it wasn't saving the information into the document. Don't forget to print your forms and sign the appropriate pages.
Don't forget to scan or photocopy your supporting documents for your application. You may also choose to take a picture of these documents if you aren't able to scan them to create an electronic copy.
Please make sure you review each form to ensure you have completed the required information and signed pages where necessary. Ensure you have all your supporting documents required to complete the application.
Please note that your application is not complete until we recieve payment of the Enrollment Fee. Please note that the Enrollment Fee is per family, not per student application. If you choose to pay via credit card, please complete the Tuition Enrollment Contract with your credit card information, or call Cyndy at 250-861-3238 ext. 311 to pay over the phone. You may also drop off cash or cheque to our school office. Early Bird Fee ($100): Enrollment forms received no later than 4pm on January 31. Regular Fee ($200): Enrollment forms received after 4pm January 31.
You may submit your enrollment application:
IN-PERSON: Please drop off your signed, completed application with supporting documents and Enrollment Fee payment to either of our school offices with payment.
