Visit Campus

There's something about the green of the quad and the feel of the brotherhood that we just can't put in a brochure or on our website. Visiting campus is the best way to see the value of a Trinity-Pawling education. We offer tours Monday through Saturday. Following the campus tour, you will meet and interview with an Office of Admissions team member.

Step 3

Apply Via SAO Standard Application Online (SAO)

Trinity-Pawling uses SSAT’s Standard Application Online (SAO) as our singular application. Applicants must register at SSAT in order to create a Web Login ID. Please follow the instructions provided for submitting testing, teacher recommendations, and essays. Your application is forwarded to Trinity-Pawling once you have paid the application fee. Schools that use their own recommendation forms or use letters of recommendation must send these directly to Trinity-Pawling and not to SSAT.

• A $60 fee is required for each domestic application. The fee is $125 for international students.

Step 4

Testing Requirements

Trinity-Pawling requires that all candidates submit current test scores. 8th, 9th, and 10th grade candidates should take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT), which is held on eight Saturdays during the testing year. Once completing the exam, please remember to add Trinity-Pawling School (Code: 7750) when submitting your scores. For 11th, 12th, and postgraduate candidates, PSAT, SAT, and ACT results reported in the current academic year are acceptable.

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)

We require all international candidates for whom English is a second language to adequately demonstrate English competency as a part of the application process. In addition to the SSAT, PSAT, or SAT, international applicants should take the TOEFL exam (Code: B074). Please be sure to request at the time the test is taken that the test results be sent directly to Trinity-Pawling School.

Students may also demonstrate English competency by submitting scores from the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). Our institution requires an overall band score of a 6.0 or higher on the IELTS.

Please note: Trinity-Pawling only accepts scores submitted electronically by the IELTS test center. No paper Test Report Forms will be accepted. An institutional code is NOT required. Please contact the test center directly where you took the IELTS test and request that your test scores be sent electronically using the IELTS system. All IELTS test centers worldwide are able to send scores electronically to our institution.

Students may also take the Duolingo English Proficiency Test for their standardized testing requirement.

Step 5

Decision Letters

Decision letters and financial aid awards (if applicable) are available on March 10th. A reply is requested by April 10th.
