St Brendan’s College, Yeppoon

Families wishing to enrol their son at St Brendan's College are invited to tour the College, read the College Prospectus and Fee Schedule and speak with our dedicated Enrolments Officer, Mrs Kylie Hedges who is more than happy to answer any questions parents may have.

The College cannot confirm a place for your son until a completed application has been submitted, and pending our Principal's enrolment decision.

The process is as follows:

1. Parents submit a completed application with all relevant attachments and a $100 application fee. (Attachments include birth certificate, school reports, Principal's reference, *Doctor's report (*boarding students only) and these must be attached to the application.
2. College reviews all applications and parents will be notified by mail regarding the outcome of their son's enrolment. Interviews for all students will occur prior to them commencing at the College.
3. Once the student has been accepted, they will receive correspondence regarding Orientation Day in October where all requirements for the following school year will be distributed.

There are a range of government allowances and assistance available for boarding students, and families are encouraged to research their eligibility carefully.

The College also offers Edmund Rice Bursaries (based on financial need) for day and boarding students, and has introduced an initiative to encourage new Year 7 and Year 10 Boarders to the College - a 50% per cent discount on boarding fees (see document below).
